One interesting tip is you can wander around the city just by walking since some famous tourist destinations are close to each other. Jonker Street can be the best venue to walk, that can be followed by going down to have a peaceful walk along the riverbank of Melaka River.

You will easily spot this colourful-themed rides flocked mostly at the Dutch Square. They are rickshaw powered by bicycle, decked in various bright colours and ornaments of special themes, as well as very loud sound system playing music. It will cost you around RM40 or about $12 for a one-hour tour. They are absolutely cool choices for moving around the city.

If you want to go to further places in the most affordable way, the bus is just perfect.
